Hi Ed,
Thank you for the advice on the longer runs using the same 10km training plans for the half Marathon...I had a perfect race.
I now have a half Marathon trail run with some nasty hills (870m elevation gain) planned for the 1st week in January 2025. How do I incorporate hill work into the plan?
