G'Day Coach!
Just thought I'd check in and update on the recovery status...
Had a few sessions at the physio, got some massage and ultra-sound etc. and been doing some strengthening exercises and stretching.
Achillies feels like it is recovering pretty well, I've also had a couple of very easy 5k runs to try and keep the legs clicking over!
Hopefully will be able to do the 4k time trial within the next week or two!
Very much looking forward to getting into a regular training routine!
