Legs got heavier as the working day progressed yesterday, hence the slight change of plan to bring the remaining days of the cycle in line with race day. They feel much better this morning for the gentle plod last night, still a bit tight and "coiled up like a spring" today. feeling the hams/quads a bit still. Calfs are OK as I use compression socks for the paced sessions:
