your current 5km of 18.30 would need to come down to around 17 minutes to give you a hot at sub 35 minutes .. you can work off the 5km time x 2 plus add 1 minute for a general feel of how close you are to reaching your goal
and with that said .. depending on what training you are currently doing will set you on your way as to how you can train to achieve your goals
in the 10km program the elements which are focused on are the 2000m - 1000m and long run sessions .. these are the core to the success of the program, so depending on whether you currently do similar runs will determine a great deal of your progress, either way you will develop significantly on the program
