last week of 3 week cycle before event this week
Tuesday: instead of 400's do .. 3 x 5 minutes @ 10k pace .. concentrate on excellent form with a 2 to 3 minute easy in-between
you should NOT bust a gut but instead fine tune the form and feel good factor
if event on Sunday you can move session to Wednesday and then continue with run down to event
