Fast run (4K) with some friends on Saturday.

Great recovery.
Sunday: 20K - 4:53/K - 156bpm avg
Today I made another easy 8K.
What do you think about the 5K race on June 4th?
"A" race on July 23 (10K).
One doubt: the 5x2K session does not focus more on resistance, losing some speed?
Should I continue with the beginning of a new cycle this week?
