Hello TheEd:
started a new cycle after last christmas race:
- Messy 2k session
- Long run good (4'53 pace feeling relaxed)
- 1k session was ok but could not get the intensity to stay below under 3'50. Stayed just under 4'00.
- Today wanted to give it all at the 5k and got a new PB of 19'33

Happy but the perceived discomfort was so high in last 2k i would not want to repeat it (no bpm readings)
Healthy diet needs to get back on track and next sunday a cross is planned.
