this 5k paced run feels mentally like effort 5/5 but physically it is more 4/5 as it can be sustained. It felt much easier then my last 5k trial but that one was 6 sec faster (4'07). I will just go with a little easier pace and let time and training do its work. It's probably not relevant to think too much about 10sec faster or slower as more factors are involved. I am just a bit worried that not hitting 4'10 in 10k means im not running 'correctly' (relaxed).
