Big Swede, in truth you should not have done the session in the wind, would probably have been better off leaving it for another day or doing the session on a treadmill.
athletes become so hard on themselves too easily and want to abandon things too easily .. this program works and it will work for you
your training and circumstances have been inconsistent for the past 2 to 3 weeks, don't read into the program when aspects in life are out of balance as the circumstances affect the body and person
right this off as experience and look forward
continue with the program and run no further than 1hr for the long run on the weekend .. run at a pace of up to 155 bpm
by the 1000's come Tuesday things should be different
