This may be a biased question to ask on a 10K forum, but need suggestions. I would like to qualify for Boston some day soon (Run in 2011/12). PR's are 43:12 for 10K and a 1:39:xx Half marathon.
Does it make more sense to focus on 10K's for awhile then marathon train.
Immediately start marathon training.
Some mix between?
