a quick update:
I took Wednesday off (I did some core strength exercises and I swam some laps in the pool).
Thursday: 20k @ 5:19 min/km, average HR 147, a bit more than 75 minutes because it's been ages since my last proper long run.
I recovered well, today I did 12k @ 4:50 min/km, average HR 146.
