This is just getting ridiculous how quickly I am speeding up at this low HR!!! Today I did my ride and swim and just wanted a really easy jog to build the km's slowly so I enjoyed a leisurely 30min jog, but even after all these activities and with a full stomach (left an hour after dinner ) I am still faster!

total: 4.6km, 30:40, av: 6:40/km, HR 139.
I have the next 2 weeks of this low HR stuff then the following week will be some short easy stuff and some very short speed as I am racing that weekend - OD tri 22 Jan I am hoping for a 45min run off the bike for this one, but we'll see how my ride goes, if I led it destroy my legs or not...
