6 x 1k in the book and am definitely feeling my running form coming back. A cold and flurry filled run!
1k split pace. Avg hr
3:53 154
4:01 154
4:15 158
4:09 153
4:10 154
4:11 154
I started fast, but tried to concentrate on an even pace within range after the first kilometer, should I be trying to push my limits on these laps? Not that I didn't feel as though they were not tough for me, but I could maybe have pushed closer to my times for the first 2k throughout the set.
