Easy runs done this morning either side of upper body strength training. Good old english weather, I am now soaked to the bone......(mental note to use treadmills when weather is not so good).
Easy run 1 : 32m30s, 5.35km @ 6.04/km. HR average 135, max 147.
Easy run 2 : 30m, 5km @ 5.56/km. HR average 147, max 160.
Heart rate slightly higher for second run, this was done immediately after the gym session, so probably explains the higher heart rate......
Will probably have a day off tomorrow, unless I can find somewhere to run in the evening.....and then the dreaded 4 x 2k on the treadmill......
