what rest did you take Robin?
I am hoping you will start feeling a great deal better in time for next Tuesday
here is the run down towards Tuesday
Thursday: easy 30 to 40 minutes recovery
Friday: 10km easy distance with last 15 minute slight pick up
Saturday: easy 30 minutes - relaxed
Sunday: 6 x 1 minute fast with 1 minute slow pace at anticipated race pace for the 6km
Monday: Rest
Tuesday: Race
