An easy week sounds always good
Finishing the third week, but had to skip a few training days. My plan is now to do my first half maratón on 25/9. So I think i will do a long run this saturday (last day of this cycle) and then start a new cycle with the half maraton as the long run of week 1. No plans for the half maraton but finishing in hopefully under 2 hours in controlled fashion. Will then do a tester at the end of next cycle.
