Time to share!
Work is really getting in my way right now. My workingdays are from 8am to 9pm! The only way I could do the 1k was to do them early this morning on a treadmill. Never done intervals on a treadmill before. Had a hard time getting the rests right and it takes a while to get the right tempo when you start. The indoor temp made me overheat and on the fifth a had to slow down. On the last I somehow managed to touch the emergencystring at 800m! Didn̫̉t get the restingpulse this time.

I probably have to work from 8am-8pm both saturday and sunday but i can do some running after work. So whats next?
