Hello TheEd,
did a 6k race today @ around 25úC with these splits:
4'14 bpm 138
4'08 bpm 167
4'19 bpm 173
4'03 bpm 178
4'13 bpm 180
4'14 bpm 170
Race average 4'13. Felt good and recovered well after the race. Have now done 2 times a 10k and 1 time a 6k race in the last 5 weeks with paces around 4'15.
Looking back at these first 6 months of training I'm happy with the progress and to have remained injury free.
To plan the next 3-4 months which training you suggest? Goal remains sub40 10k.
