Ok - quad looking good! Easy 10k on treadmill yesterday with no pain + 3.5hr steady bike in the evening (again, no pain). Easy 5k run outside today (again felt good). So will hit the 2k's at some point tomorrow.
Should I then do long run on Sunday and keep the 1k's on Tuesday? Or push the 1k's out a bit further?
Tough session. Got through it though, and pleased to have descended the last 3. No quad pain aside from a brief sting (just 2 or 3 strides) halfway through the first rep.
Was strong on bike this avo in 2hr group ride. Coming into some form on bike.

Leg is perfect. Took the day off running yesterday (5hr steady bike instead - felt great). Easy 10k run today on the treadmill, felt good - no pain at all
1k's tomorrow? Or another easy day and do them on Weds? Should be able to do my 5k paced on Sat morning.
Good sesh yesterday afternoon. No unexpected pain in the legs, so think I'm back on track. The last couple were tough going, can feel the lack of core strength from low mileage & no access to a gym for past few weeks.
