having just begun a serious focus on my training, I am impressed with your progress to date!
I am a beginning runnerâââ¬Ã¦at least new to proper training programsâââ¬Ã¦have done my own pace with cross training for a few years.
Anyway, I donâââ‰â¢t understand some of the terms/expressions in the training programs. Can someone explain what the following means (taken from the ââ∠âsub 45 min 10K training programâââ¬ÃÂ):
start with 4x2k R90-2min 8min 50 (4.25 per k) T
