Hi Coach,
Youââ¬â¢re once again right. I shouldnââ¬â¢t be feeling down. Iââ¬â¢m taking this as a lesson that I learned. As a precaution I havenââ¬â¢t run since my last attempt on Thursday. So, I skipped the race last Saturday and been using the tips from your article. Like I said on a previous post, I felt something but it wasnââ¬â¢t hurting. I just donââ¬â¢t want this to become something more serious.
I had time to think of what may have caused this and itââ¬â¢s probably due to lack of stretching. :duh: Itââ¬â¢s not that I donââ¬â¢t do it, but I should do more and better. Lesson learned.
I have an appointment this Monday and Iââ¬â¢ll tell you the doctorââ¬â¢s opinion about it. Right now, still feel something there but it looks to be getting better. Donââ¬â¢t feel anything while walking, going upstairs/downstairs etc.
I hope to be running soon. :p
Thanks for all the support. Itââ¬â¢s been really important. :great:
