My Garmin is telling me my estimated VO2 max has skipped up from 58 to 60 now, which is the highest I've ever seen it. Only an estimate of course but it does concur with the jump you mentioned so I'm inclined to believe it ?
Looking forward to the easy week and I'll probably do a 4 or 5k effort on race day to see where I'm at.
