This was actually something complete different than what I had expected. I thought it was a cross-training track, but instead it was like mountainclimbing combined with fallen trees, cliffs and downhill running in mud and stones.
It was a 1.5k track which you ran over and over again until 90 min had passed.
So unfortunately there was no chance to keep a pace, and almost no chance to increase pace after 1 hour. I was happy to manage at all
There were a lot of tough work for the thighs because of the climbing.
How do you propose we change next weeks program?
