Day 3: 400m track, very windy today, head on down one of the straights.

The first two felt ok but the third was a struggle. On fourth my legs were dead meat and I had to struggle just to finish the session.
My last 5x2k had AHR148, the same as today! Ỉ̫m very disapointed and feel like Ỉ̫m developing backwards. :confused:
