My thought to. Think maybe the 6 days a week is to much for me right now. Used to do 4 days per week before the program and then recovery was ok. But of course then I didn̫̉t do the 2k and 1k.
Will also be more focused on weightlost in a couple of weeks. That will hopefully help a bit.:mmm:
