Hello.
I have generally been a 5km-7km runner, but I'm interested in making the jump to 10km. My time for 5km is around 18:30 and my time for 7km is around 25:00. I recently ran at OFSAA (7.3km) and ran 25:56. My pace in the race was 3:33, and I noticed that for the sub 35 10km a pace of under 3:30 was required. I'm really interested in improving as next year is my senior year at high school, and it will be my last shot at OFSAA. Is the Sub 35 training plan one you believe is atainable for me? Also with the winter months ahead, I'm not exactly sure how I'll be able to train, as I don't have any indoor tracks I can go to.
Any help or tips would be greatly appreciated
