Also went for an easy 10k after the TT on Saturday, then 18k through the hills yesterday. Found myself feeling a little sluggish with heavy legs on an easy 10k this morning (Monday). Plan to take the day off tomorrow, then an easy one on Wednesday before Thursday's 2k session, aiming for 3:55/k.
