After almost a week of resting with a cold, I feel ready to be back running. Yesterday evening I went out for a jog and did an easy 60-min session. I run 8.7k, keeping my HR at an average of 135. Feeling was ok.
I now consider taking up the program with a one-week delay, i.e. going for the 3 * 2000 on Thursday. Do you think this is a good plan?
