Training's been a little light the past couple of weeks. I missed the 5 K paced last Sunday and one 30 min easy this week. We're heading away on a little vacation next week so trying to tie up loose ends and work a bit more.
6 x 600 yesterday, I didn't have the same consistency as 3 weeks ago when I did this workout just wasn't "in it" I guess with lots on my mind.

Fartlek session this afternoon then a day off and my final 10K race for the season on Sunday. The temperature has been falling quite steadily in October so I expect it to be about 10-12 degrees for the race on Sunday. This should be a lot nicer then the last race I did in 28 degree weather.
