I can't disagree with you on that point....
Another visit to the physio last night, hip imbalance is still there, found the right hip flexor very tight, stretched off and loosened again. Given the go-ahead to train after being hurt again.....
6 x 1k all done with 1 minutes rest.
Time / HR ave / Max / after rest:
1 - 4:07 / 162 / 172 / 127.
2 - 4:10 / 165 / 172 / 131.
3 - 4:10 / 167 / 178 / 139.
4 - 4:10 / 171 / 182 / 156.
5 - 4:10 / 173 / 184 / 156.
6 - 4:10 / 177 / 184 / 143.
All done on the treadmill, no pain at all in the groin. Feeling very good this morning.
