Did park run this morning with another pb, 21:14 (knocked 25 seconds off in the past 3 weeks
) hopeful of breaking 21 minutes soon. Here's the splits

Would there be any way I can push back the beginning of the first cycle by a week and perhaps do something else during the week missed? I have a few Christmas events that week and want to be able to give the 2Ks and the long run my complete focus.
