Hi TheED,
Did the 400's session yesterday at the aths track, used 60 second rests. Felt like a pretty comfortable session, and I was suprised at the speeds that I was able to consistently hit.
1. 88 max HR 164/rest HR 119
2. 85 167/125
3. 87 171/130
4. 85 172/129
5. 89 172/134
6. 85 169/132
7. 86 172/132
8. 86 171/133
9. 84 172/136
10. 78 174/??
All looks promising for the 10k time trial on Sunday, fingers crossed the weather is good here and I think a PB could be on the cards...
