OK, D .. if you in fact ran the 5km at time-trial pace then you are not ready to step-up to the sub 40 minute pace just yet
you can stick to schedule regarding the 5km paced ... and during the week the 1000's can be at 4 min to 4.05 per k
it looks as though you have everything under control and if you don't rush the pace just yet you may move to a new level quite soon
so continue as normal and u welcome to provide feedback
