Hi Ed, ran a 10k race on Sunday, got 42.42, rib seems to be okay, not getting any pain from it, but obviously because i've not been able to do my usual amount of training then my overall fitness is down. Ran the 10k today which i was hoping to press hard but im miles off pace at the moment and i'll have to slowly get back on track.With missing my footbal (3 times a week) and my sessions, i've dropped back in pace and stamina and found both last week and this one extremely difficult.(43 min + )
As i said before, i have registered for a run next week also, so i will run it then take some more time training and building up to get back to at least where i was before entering any more.
