thanks for all the solid feedback and info
you more than welcome to add heart rate data in the future if you want
your 10k times are quite consistent and if anything, you should consider looking to improve your 5k time when you have an opportunity, the closer you are to 17 minutes, the easier the sub 35 becomes
if you run sub 17 then all sorts of faster opportunities can come about
you have it right with the 120 to 140 bpm for the easy runs
lets have you do a 4k time-trial and look to have you running faster over 5k while on the program
