I've completed until day 09 of the progam. so far all good...
2 things i would like to ask coach...
1.
Is it ok if I switch Day 11 and Day 13... the 5 x 8 min at 75% effort with 40-50 mins rolling hills because I will be travelling this weekend, and the place I'll be is a flat area
2. What is meant by " work the hills" in the 40-50 mins rolling hills day 13 because in day 05 rolling hills it just says simply run the hills?
