My I initial target was to hit my target race pace of 4:21 for this cycle, On first rep I went by feel and at the end, it was 4:20...so the next 2 rep went by feel too ...but in the last rep I faded a bit, I've noticed that in my running I can't seem go straight to my race pace or target but have to go go like 3-5 seconds slow a bit then only i can do the last reps faster
example was in the last cycle...
