Sorry for delay of answer, been away all easter. Thanks for your feedback, long posts are appreciated :-)
The supplementary runs are 50-60 min. Other sessions has been 1 swim and 1 bike session/week during winter/spring.
Will increase bike sessions to 2-3/week starting next week. Will continue with 1 swim/week.
Did the long run (1h 35min) Saturday, rest Sunday and a 30 min run yesterday (4:39 min/k @ 149 hr).
Will come back with feedback from the 1000s later today.
