truth is the stuffy and runny nose was during practice. i was fine the rest of the day. i'm noticing some "muscular stress" in the back of my leg (coming from the foot up to the lower portion of the back of my knee)--I'm putting ice and took a pill for that. with that going on, no way I'm going to run hills!
tomorrow afternoon will do a 30 min easy run. what should i do the next two days?
