Just to let you know, I went for an easy run on my stock recovery route, a gentle rolling 6.5km out and back, very comfortable 31:15 so all seems well, no alarms. I'm gonna do the route again today, rest tomorrow and then use the weekend to just get some decent time on feet. Then I guess I just do the race week next week and see how it goes for the race in 5th September?
