Hi Ed,
Just an update on what is going on.I think i can return to running at the start of next month.I think maybe a 3 week build up would be good to get me back into running at a low heart rate.Not sure how much fitness i have lost but did well with staying at 72kg not been easy eating small meals but kept my weight down.will start on the spin bike and see how things are regards jon.
