Did the 5km paced run this morning, coldest morning of the year apparently, but not a reason to not run :p
Anyway I may have overcooked it a bit, was aiming for just under 17:30, ended up sub 17:20, 17:17 split as follows:

0:04 extra
I don't think I could do 17:17 x2 but 17:30 x2 next weekend I'm sure I can get close to. So this felt more like a paced run for 7 weeks time! First 3.5km were comfortable then I started to get a bit tense so I know at best this was 8km pace. Still good to know I can knock out a 17:17 5km on my own and it's not a true 5km effort
Next week is race week! Will get the course profile and post it next week before the race.
