I did long hilly ride at weekend in Italy and 75mins on treadmil yesterday (30 mins at lunchtime and 45mins after work) followed by 30 mins today. Feeling ok getting back in to it. Should I use my 4km time from 3-4 weeks back (13:20) for the 2km sets ? That way I can start a 3 week block from yesterday finishing with a 10km race on 3rd Nov or would you recommend a more gradual approach ?
