in the 2nd week you meant to do 6x1k
the 2000's are only done in the first week of the 3 week cycle
but if you enjoying them so much keep doing them
if you look at the 3 week cycle
training program to run a sub 40 minute 10K
.. Day 3 would be 2000's and then Day8 would be the 1000's
Day 15 would be the 400's
you needed to keep the quality sessions (most important) and then juggle the training around
somewhere there has been a misunderstanding
