15k easy (7min pace) yesterday, then straight into park-run 5k. Tried to keep it steady (not looking at watch) & pick it up towards the end. Ended up finishing in 17:18. Quite a bit faster that marathon pace... oops! But I figured a hard run on tired legs still must be good training.
Easy 12 miles today. Slightly sore hip, seeing physio tomorrow, but other than that everything feeling good.
