Solid couple of sessions in the last 2 days. 60mins yesterday with last 20mins <6:15 pace (felt really solid), then easy 10k today with middle 20 mins <6:15 pace (again felt great).
Rest tomorrow then 90mins easy + park-run (holding 6:15 pace) on Sat, then steady 12 miles on Sun. Then it's 2 weeks to go...
