Tough session. Got through it though, and pleased to have descended the last 3. No quad pain aside from a brief sting (just 2 or 3 strides) halfway through the first rep.
Was strong on bike this avo in 2hr group ride. Coming into some form on bike.
(won't do 10k when recovering in future! and long steady bike instead long run tomoz. Thx!)
