140 bpm should work out well
first 45 minutes around 140 to 150 bpm with the last 15 minutes around 165 bpm
on the hills focus on maintaining the same pace up the hill, shorten stride and work on arm movement
play around with what works out best for you, however be careful not to over fatigue your legs
