Hi sir .. my main concern with this 400m session is that it can take too much out of the legs, with those athletes who are not used to such a session
so yes, I emphasise the NOT going too quick for a reason as come the race, the legs may not be in the shape 'we' would like them to be
no sense in trying to run faster if it can create a 'negative' effect
