Hi Ed,
Monday: 5km 5mins per km pace
Tuesday: Planed to run 10km however had to reduce it to 5km as It was not feeling ok, zero strenth again...
Checked my resting pulse and i'm up 14 beats!
I will rest until it is normal.
Its werd because I feel normal just no power when I exert myself. I think I need to listen to what my body is telling me.
